Primary Responsibilities
Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues
become highly knowledgeable about the company’s products or applications so that they can assist users, employees, and clients with any issues they may have.
must possess skills in organization, teaching, and planning so that they can coordinate with departments to conduct training.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with .NET, VB.Net, & C#
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with MS SQL Server & SSRS / Crystal Repor
Familiar with Microsoft Product family
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows O/S
Basic knowledge of general business practices
Demonstrated expertise in meeting business needs with technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent language Skills.
Ability to organize time and work within a team.
