Job description :
•Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. •Interview candidates (via phone, in-person).
•Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
•Filling all Hiring documents.
•Conduct exit interviews to prepare statistic reports and help in reducing turnover.
Responsible for employee hiring processes by ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed also bank form, prepare claim form 1 & claim form 111.
•Responsible for the forms that provided to the Social insurance office.
•Any other tasks related to personnel and administration.
