Location: Alexandria, Bourj Al Arab
Key responsibilities:
Collection and update of field force visits and material requirements
Handling sales orders and samples from request till delivery
Follow up with field force regarding collection
Update daily collections
Maintain precise records of sales transactions and continuous update of data in cooperation with the accounting department
Analyze sales transactions and prepare weekly and monthly performance regarding sales amount and sales force performance
Administrative work including filing reports, collection of data, maintaining documents and records in the department.
Enhancement of the reporting system for salesforce colleagues
Search and generate sales leads using social media and online directories in cooperation with our marketing intelligence coordinator.
Develop moderately complex reports and queries for sales management.
Measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of sales and resource allocation and utilization
