Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare the design drawings of all mechanical systems {fire manual standpipe and automatic sprinklers, water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems).
- Prepare shop drawings for mechanical systems {fire manual standpipe and automatic sprinklers, water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems) by using AutoCAD & Revit software
- Prepare coordination drawings and check clashing by Revit & Navisworks software.
- Prepare the fire pumps hydraulic calculations by Elite software.
- Check load estimate for each space by HAP software.
- Prepare the calculations of water supply & drainage {pipes, pumps, sump pit, tanks, ..... etc.
- Prepare QSs extracted from Revit models and comparing it with design BOO
- Coordination with all disciplines {architectural - structural - electrical)
- Review and approve the sub-contractor invoices.
- Providing with weekly progress status for design\shop drawings
- Create or review and approve material submittals for mechanical items.
🖊Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Engineering Design Contractor or Consultant of residential projects
Expert with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Elie and HAP programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and tenacious
Willing to share information and develop junior staff
