Position  :   Payroll Officer

Report to : Accounting Manager

Business Unit / Department : Finance

Job Role

Payroll:

 Responsible for the preparation of both Staff and labor Payroll categories, its related Journals and distribution of their Pay Slips and effecting all related deductions.

 In charge of the cancellation, application, renewal and distribution of employees’ payroll cards with Arab National bank, Samba, Banque Saudi Fransi and other banks we might maintain similar payroll facilities and the overall coordination of the process to the concerned parties.

 Prepare new arrival employees assigned location, GOSI and mode of payment.

 Applied candidates must have experience in Payroll working in KSA with knowledge of Saudi labor laws and General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

Education / Minimum Exp :

 Qualification Degree - University degree in accounting or equivalent.

 Construction industry experience is preferred

 Functional Knowledge - A minimum of 2 years accounting experience.

 Proficient in computer programs 

 Knowledge of RDBMS / AX or its equivalent Financial ERP is preferred.
