Senior Corporate Lawyer is required for a well-known Contractors and Design Company located in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo 

Main duties:

• Contracts formulating and other legal documents.

• Settle disputes and supervision any agreements.

• Supervise legal assistants.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Law English Section 

• 7 years’ experience in Contracts formulating 

• Strong knowledge of government laws and ability to work with governmental offices.

• Strong knowledge with labor laws and ability to represent the company before labor offices and in court.
