For a leading industries company located in Alexandria, a " Cost & Payable Accountant " & AR branches (chief Accountant) supervisor& “Tax Accountant” is urgently needed ":
Job Requirements:
Cost & Payable Accountant .
-Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
- Allocate Direct and indirect cost related to products.
- Recording payables related to items purchased to have primary cost .
- Reviewing payables balances through purchases and payments
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
- Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory
- Report on margins by product and division
- Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
- Report on breakeven points by products, work centers, and factories
AR branches (chief Accountant ) supervisor Responsibilities:
- posting daily transactions recorded my branches accountants (receipt &disbursement & invoices and inventory)
- Analyses of Ar balances
- Ensure Applying credit policy
- Ensure disbursement of customers bonus
- Tracing outstanding balances of customers.
- Recording monthly closing entry of branches
- Tracing customers collections and balances .
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
Tax Accountant Responsibilities:
- Income tax (Calculation of Taxable Income) .
- Value Added tax (Table 1 &2 ) & Exemptions.
- Withholding tax (percentages)
- Payroll tax(Exemptions and Segments)
- Deferred tax.
- Custom duties.
- Advanced Pricing Agreement.
- Accrual and Adjustments records for taxes.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in industrial Firm
- proficient in relevant computer software(Quicbooks)
as well as excellent analysis skills, and the ability
to collaborate with a multi-department team.
- Also helpful to have experience manipulating large databases.
