Administrative Assistant is required in American multinational pharmaceutical Company located in Dokki
Responsibilities
• Organization of all the activities related to the team projects.
• Follow-up on all the relevant logistics and implementation steps.
• Arrange meetings, providing offers, office preparation and tracking department’s expenses vs. budget.
• Follow-up on Team staff related issues, as preparing internal and external expense reports, advanced cash vouchers, travel arrangements, etc.
• Provide secretarial support to the Staff, preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, other correspondence, type letters and memoranda, mail distribution, maintaining appointments, etc.
• Follow-up on department activities, pending issues and deadlines and participates in resolving the administrative problems in the department.
• Provide assistance in the setting of the department objectives and development plans and help in the relevant automated systems.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year in office administration.
• Fluent English Language (written & spoken).
• Excellent typing skills with high speed in both Arabic and English
