Almawaddah Group for recruitment services looking for Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and hiring.

Location: Dokki – Giza 

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles

• Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring manager

• Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience

• Create and publish job ads in various portals

• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and professional websites 

• Screen resumes and job applications

• Conduct initial phone screens and run face to face interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates and 

• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles and different positions,

• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

• Maintain a large database of potential profiles 

Required qualification:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist 2+ years of experience for white and blue collars / experience in medical field is an advantage 

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites 

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Team spirit

• Very good command of English

• Very Presentable 

• Knowledge of Microsoft & internet
