Career Level : Entry Level
Excellent Communication, negotiation and sales skills
Good computer skills
Good attitude and appearance
Responsibilities :
1- Welcome. Assist and guides any customer
2- Give Customers information about our service\ Courses
3- Handle customers problems ,complaints and payments
4- Carry out administrative\Receptionist duties such as filing, typing,scanning etc
5- Order office supplies
6- Data Entry
7- Printing all the required documents
8- Update calendars and schedule
9- Provide management with daily report
10-Answer phone calls and take notes
11-Informing students with courses start date and weekly updates
