Senior Learning & Development Associate
Work Location: Muhndssien & 5th Settlement
Job Description:
1-Design and facilitation of new training sessions and programs.
2-Identifying training and development needs: working closely with other members of the L&D team, HR Operations and members of the client group to ensure that all interventions are aligned to the firm’s career development framework and the firm’s strategic business objectives.
3-Ensuring successful implementation and administration of training sessions and programs.
Requirements:
Fluent in English is a MUST
Presentation skills
From 2 to 4 years experience
