IT Technical Support Specialist
Job Location: New Maadi
Experience: 1-3 years.
Age: 22-26 years MAX.
Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring new systems and hardware.
• Responding to help requests from staff members or clients.
• Running reports on systems and hardware status.
• Replacing malfunctioning or damaged hardware, to certain point, like HDDs and/or RAMs.
• Troubleshooting software, hardware & printing requests .
• Testing, assessing, and learning new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
• Fast learner.
• Social & friendly.
• Fast problem solving, especially new or unfamiliar ones.
