Cairo Marking Company IS Looking for HR Specialist
Duties:
Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
Responsible for preparing job offers, contracts and hiring documents
Handle the onboarding of new employees.
Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time replacement
Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
Years of Experience: 1-2 years,
Good command of English
Good in communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage stress & meet deadlines
working hours: 9.30 - 5
One day off
Social and health insurance
Location: Roxy - Cairo
