Required for Egyptian Shareholding Company ( Fast growing home appliances factory).

❇Seeking to hire: Factory Manager 

Located in: 06th October, Giza.

Experience: Should have the same position before.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and Train Factory Staff.

• Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary.

• Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures.

• Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.

• Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary.

• Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers

• Evaluating the talent of new hires and training them on policies and procedures.

• Inspecting the quality of finished products to check on machine and operator efficiency.

• Delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees.

• Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers.

• Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.

❇ Working Conditions:
