Branch manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer service team.
- Handle all the issue in the branch.
- Responsible for the technicians, call center and QC Team.
- Reporting to the maintenance director.
Job Requirements:
- 2 Year of relevant experience. (RAYA, I2, Carl Care, and Jovitronix, ETC....)
- Previous experience in service center is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Alex resident is a must.
- Males only.
