Responsibilities:
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years of relevant experience. (RAYA, I2 and Jovitronix, ETC....) is preferred

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
