Construction company in Saudi Arabia seeking to hire ( HR Director )
with follow requirements :
-A minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Human Resources Management (Both in Operational & the Strategic roles/ must be very familiar with both the aspects of HR)
-Must be from a Construction Background (At least 3 years of experience working with a construction company – but it should be in the position as HR Head, HR Director or HR Manager.
- -Candidates should be from the Background of Commerce/ Accounting/ as Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA / MHRM / MSW / Any Master Degree in HR / business (or even can be considered the Bachelor of Business + Masters/ PG in HR.
-Must have experience working in Saudi Arabia with a Construction company.
- Fluent in English
