• Maintain an effective communication process to ensure that employees are aware of the organization’s activities & objectives
• Develop accurate content for internal communication that publicize the organization’s updates, changes & policies
• Analyze data extracted form engagement level measurements and propose initiatives to enhance engagement levels
• Execute all engagement initiatives based on the CHRO strategy to enhance engagement level of employees
• Handling On boarding process and orientations for all newcomers
