• at least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
• Very Good knowledge of Networking, Windows server, MS-Office, Hardware, Firewalls, Internet Security.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users at the IT helpdesk (hardware, software or network, emails).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong Knowledge of Network
• Self-motivated, independent and analytical thinking.
• Working hours from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM and one day is off
