For Aboali pharmacies located in 6 October , Giza :
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
Handle the recruitment cycle starting from the recruitment request till hiring.
conduct employee on boarding.
conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees turnover.
Undertake tasks in performance management.
Track and maintain documentation of employees.
Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Conduct employee On-boarding and Orientation sessions.
Creating job descriptions & job requirements.
Handling training program for all company’s employees as needed.
Assist in development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
Job Requirements:
2-4 years.
Max age 30 years.
Technical recruitment experience.
HR certificate (preferably)
Good knowledge of OD & Performance system
Experience communication skills
Work Condition: 9hrs/day , 6 days/week
Salary : 3000
