Provide Level 1 direct support for trouble shooing technical issues for Apple products, Apple IOS /MAC-OS.
➢ Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years’ experience working in a service-oriented, technical support
- Familiarity with Apple products and Operating Systems is Preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree - (Computer Science , Information Technology is Preferred)
- Very Good English Skills
- Fast Learner, good multi-tasking, team work skills
