Recruitment Specialist is needed for clothing company in Cairo
Job Descriptions:
· Perform Recruitment and selection process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
· Maintain employment records, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
· Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions and other positions.
· Investigate and deal with all employees queries received from different departments.
Job Requirements:
· 1- 3 years experience.
· Bachelor Degree.
· Excellent using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication &negotiation skills.
. Good in English language
. Experience in Blue collar recruitment is MUST
