Software Sales Rep
• Help developing and implementing the company’s strategy regarding sales and especially customer relationship management.
• Gather market data of potential customers, competitors, and trends.
• Represent the agency in contacting assigned potential clients and along the beginning of the relationship (calls, pitch, contract,)
• Prepare and update the sales kit (co. profile, portfolio, pitching,) with relevant team members.
• Extract client briefs to help next steps and mutual understanding.
• Prepare creative briefs, plans, and proposals with the team members.
• Handle the back and forth negotiations of proposals and contracts.
• Set contracts (quotations, terms, communication models,) & others
• Handle monitoring, reports, insights, and feedback about business development process and changes (via docs & sessions)
• Help in the gathering, research, and analysis processes for every account.
