Job Title: Quality Assurance Section Head
Report To: Food Safety & Quality Manger
Job Location: Obour City
· Job Responsibility :
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Writing management and technical reports.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Directing objectives to maximize profitability
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
- Qualify the company to comply with the requirements of international standards 9001, 22000, 18001 and 14001
- Perform external analyzes to collect raw materials and products.
- Preparing cleaning and disinfection programs for equipment and production halls.
- Preparing a system for each process that takes place inside the facility.
- Plan and implement internal and external system reviews and prepare plans and the HACCP team.
Qualification :
- B.sc (pharmacy - veterinary - science - agriculture).
- Good English Language (speaking - writing - listening).
- Good Microsoft office package.
- Years of Experience: 5 Years +
- Max age: 30 years
- Certified international auditor's certificate for the certificates of 9001 and 22000 at least the latest versions
- Strong personality.
- Works under pressure.
