Corporate Lawyer is urgently needed to join a well known company.

The main responsibilities are:

• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)

• Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.

• Assisting and advising businesses on establishing their company's structure, policies, objectives, and procedures for their business operations.

• Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks to company and ensure that the system, controls and processes are legally appropriate.

• Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in faculty of Law

• Knowledge of Civil and Labor law.

• Experience of working as lawyer in offices or corporate.

• Minimum 5 years as a lawyer.
