We are hiring #Training coordinator ( for online sessions ) to join our team!
Responsibilities :
• Define our organizational training needs and modify existing training programs or create new programs to meet the needs of our organization.
• Moderating online sessions .
•Strong Knowledge in Zoom technique and Microsoft Meetings
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation technology .
• Evaluate the performance and teaching of current instructors.
• Provide recommendations for improvement in methods and training approaches.
• Arrange training for new hires.
• Create educational materials including visual aids, learning tools.
• Contact with management and attend our online sessions to identify specific training needs in the organization.
• Schedule continuing skill development and technical training classes for existing staff members.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum two years of experience.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Presentable.
• Experience with training curriculum creation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
