- Bachelor degree of any disciplined
- Certified TOT
- At least 2 years of experience in call center and customer service industry among gulf area delivering training program to call center agents.
- Solid experience in designing and creating training materials.
- Gulf area exposure is a MUST specially (KSA, Bahrain, UAE and Kuwait).
