1. Telesales and customer service Representative:

• Update the website prices and check the daily stock and marketing reports.

• Contact with customers and solve their problems.

• Received the customers purchasing orders and follow up with customers.

• Responsible for shipping the online orders to the customers.

Job Details

Job Location: Alexandria – Al-Agami

Job Role: Retail  

Preferred Candidate

Minimum Experience: 2 years (preferred BPO).

Degree: Bachelor's degree is a must.

Gender: Females Only.

Age: Max 26.

Good in English (writing and reading).

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Working hours: from 08:30 am to 04:00 pm (Friday OFF)
