For a well-known manufacturing company at Bourj Alarab, An "HR specialist" is required.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting with the administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
• He/she will be responsible for Recruitment (White and blue collars).
• Responsible for a performance appraisal and evaluation system that drives high performance.
• Schedule and may conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HR Administration work experience.
• Very Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent professional Experience.
