Job description:
• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Hire or refer qualified candidates
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Process paperwork
• Resolve issues between management and employees
• Oversee recruitment and hiring process
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience (From 1 to 3) years in the same or closely related job.
• Great English language (Writing and speaking)
• excellent user of MS applications, wide knowledge of labor law & social insurance regulations Problem
• Certifications & licenses: HR certificate is a plus
