Job Description:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience in recruitment in the same field.
- Experience in white and blue collars is a must.
- Graduates only and prefer pharmacy background.
- Males and Females can apply.
