Senior Corporate Lawyer is urgently needed to join a big well known company in the automotive field.

The main responsibilities are:

·      Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)

·      Assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues.

Assess and advise effectively to minimize and control legal risks to company and ensure that the system, controls and processes are legally appropriate.

·      Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood and obeyed by businesses.

·      Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.

·      Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor degree in faculty of Law

Knowledge of Civil and Labor law.

Experience of working as lawyer in offices or corporate.

Minimum 5 years as a lawyer.
