Job Responsibilities:

Interview all new clients’ technologies department heads to gain an understanding of current systems and structures.

Gathering requirements using various range of tools and techniques. 

Requirements analysis, capture all requirements with clients, business owners as per elicitation plan. 

Write business documentation including (BRD, SRS, User stories, project objectives). 

Identify inefficiencies and other bugs to be flushed out

Work with internal development team and the clients technologies team to design effective programming and software changes

Beta test all new software in isolated systems simulations

Integrate new software and hardware changes seamlessly to clients network

Observe and Identify all current and potential failures

Maintain a bug free user experience at all times

Accurately log all technology developments in company records to be utilized in future client projects

Coordinate between project stallholders to fulfill the system requirements. 

Document all client’s requirements, feedback and concerns. 

Analysis of delivered components from the software provider to business requirements. 

Defining project scope, system requirements and business requirements (Functional &non-functional). 

Creating and defining business process using (Cross-functional diagrams, flow charts, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, activity diagrams, use cases, user stories (Agile projects) and swim lanes. 

Communicating with clients in addition to all internal project team members (Development, QC, UX designers, UI designers, UI designers, marketing, product managers and project managers). 

Fully integration with BA tasks and process with project plan to deliver a good quality of work. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor of information system is preferred

5+  years in an IT management position

Previous experience in systems integration

Proficiency in modern script and coding languages

Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and still meet deadlines

Willingness to temporarily relocate a couple months at a time

Ability to life 35+ lb server racks on occasion

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong team building and leadership skills
