* Main Duties:
-Ensure the hiring is done in accordance with the manpower plan.
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
-Perform reference checks as needed.
-Manage onboarding and new hires process.
-Prepare all needed recruitment analysis reports.
* Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in any related field.
-Min 2-3 years of proven experience in the same position.
-Gender: Any.
-Excellent command of English language.
-High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
-Advanced MS office application user.
-Experience in fashion retail industry is preferred but not a must
