Marketing Specialist is required for Real Estate Company Located in New Cairo 

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate field  

• Very good in English 

• Driving license is a must

Main Duties:

• Carry out marketing researches and survey related to industry, competitors, events and exhibition. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL

• Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.

• Carry out marketing researches and survey related to industry, competitors, events and exhibition. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL

• Periodically visit our projects to follow up marketing activities (productions, video sessions, photo sessions, etc.)

• Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc.)
