About the job:
• Handling all Medmark inbound & outbound PR, welcome and renewal calls.
• Providing excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
• Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.
Job Requirements:
• English proficiency is a must (Reading/writing).
• Bachelor of business administration or a relevant study.
• 0-3 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellence in Microsoft office tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
Job Benefits:
• Fixed working Hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
