InstaShop is a startup headquartered in Dubai, UAE with a focus on making grocery shopping easy for consumers through its innovative mobile app and web shop.

Title: Accountant

Work location: New Cairo

Job Description:

-Documenting and filing financial records physically and digitally.

-Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending procedures.

-Preparing month end invoices and arranging collection of the due receivables.

-Supporting customers in accounting reconciliation by sharing detailed statements of account and resolving their concerns.

-Clear understanding of the local taxes, in particular Value Added Tax

-Handling petty cash funds and ensuring the payment needs of the Company are met without causing any operational issues.

Job Requirements:

-A finance graduate or holding a professional certification in accounting.

-Well versed with the advance functions in MS. Excel.

-Detail Oriented, Structured thinking & organizational skills.

-Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English.

-Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems.
