#Job_Title : Office Manager
#Job_Location : Head Office - Nasr City
This position is one that is designed to be a development path to an Assistant Controller role. You would assist with monthly financial statements and assist with record keeping and technology. The right individual will enjoy working in a team environment and have good customer service/communication skills.
Must be detail oriented, deadline oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment. Regular, reliable attendance is required.
A typical day may include any of the following:
· organizing meetings and managing databases
· booking transport and accommodation
· organizing company events or conferences
· ordering stationery and furniture
· dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
· preparing letters, presentations and reports
Requirements
Requirements include the ability to organize office operations and procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Educational requirements include an AA ( Bachelor's Degree preferred) or equivalent experience. Request experience in supervision and working in a team environment.
