“Sales Representative “
Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Orkin.
• Resolving key client issues and complaints.
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
• Establishing Targets and KPI’S to ensure fulfillment of Orkin strategic objectives with customer.
• Strategic planning to improve client results.
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling.
• Meeting all client needs and deliverable according to proposed timelines
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Requirements
• 2 – 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical, real estate, medical or veterinarian.
• Veterinarian or medical background is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Driving license and own car.
