Foreign Purchasing Specialist
Location : Alexandria Free Zone
Responsibilities:-
Deal with overseas suppliers & agents.
Participate in business plans.
Follow up the company’s requirements report.
Issue the PO’s.
Perform cost reduction.
Finalize all related banking procedures (L/Cs, drafts, transfers, endorsements, etc.).
Deal with shipping forwarders/shipping lines; getting their best rates & best services).
Follow up the whole shipping process till releasing the cargos.
Evaluate suppliers according to ISO requirements.
Negotiate the price
Handle the new samples issues with the suppliers & the R&D department
Job Requirements:
Experience 1 to 2 years
Fluent in English is a must
Expert in Excel and other office applications
Alexandria Resident
Gender: Male
Bachelor Degree of Commerce
V. Good knowledge of customs clearance & shipping documents.
