Job Description:
• Refer issues to senior HR staff.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Participate in performance evaluation processes.
The intern will learn:
• How to handle employee’s issues.
• How to conduct HR meeting.
• Recruitment Process and selection
• Organizational Development Function.
Internship Requirements:
• Any bachelor's degree Graduates of (2019/2018/2017)
• Interested and passionate about HR Functions
• Good in English language both spoken & written.
• Good Application and use of Computer Skills (Word, Excel ,and PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High levels of confidentiality and commitment.
• Unpaid internship with transportation allowances (5 Days/Week).

Internship Start date: 15 January 2020.
Duration: 3 Months.
