International Hotel Based in KSA need to hire Sales and Marketing Manager and Hotel Operation Manager

One of our client International Hotel Based in KSA need to hire the below Positions

Position 1: Sales and Marketing Manager
Age between 35 - 40,
• 5-6 years proven success in a similar role and 5-star Hotel environment.
• Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
• Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
• Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
• Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long-term business relationships.
• Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Develop strong relationships with front office
• to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve theةsame goals.

Position 2: Hotel Operation Manager
Age: 35- 45
Job description: -
• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
• Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Conduct assessments to review customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of hotel staff to ensure maximum revenue for management
• Establish communication channels to interact with customers in order to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problems
• Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of hotel personnel
• Inspect hotel stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking
• Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
• Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
• Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
• Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
• Any other duties assigned.
