We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our Tele-Sales team (consisting of Sales 

Development Representatives) in Cairo. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating 

all team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team 

members. That is why your communication skills should be excellent. 

Job Description 

• Manage our German speaking Tele-Sales team to achieve the monthly target

• Research and preparation of campaigns for the team 

• Oversee day-to-day operations 

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics 

• Motivate team members 

• Discover the need for training and provide coaching 

Profile

• Native German Speaker

• Work experience as a team leader or supervisor (3 Years+)

• Proven track record of sales experience and success 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills 

• High self-motivation 

• Excellent software skills 

Benefits 

• Attractive fixed salary of 20k - EGP NET per month + attractive monthly target-based team commission

(target salary: EGP 30k+) 

• One fixed shift 9 hours (8 net hours + 1-hour break)

• 2 days weekend: Saturday and Sunday
