teraz is hiring for the position of HR Specialist

We are currently hiring for the position of HR Specialist  who has at least 4+ Years of experience in Human resources functions .

Please find the description mentioned below 

1- Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.

2- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

3- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Administering pre-employment tests

3- Assists in developing short and long range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, human capital losses and changes in critical competencies.

4- Performs job evaluations and job analyses

Assists with processing employee grievances

5- Prepares or updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

6- Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

7- Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys

Job Location - Cairo

Experience - Atleast 4 years in HR
