HR Generalist
Job Location: New Cairo
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

About the Job
• Sourcing & Screening CVs, conduct phone interviews and set HR/Technical interview appointment with the qualified candidates.
• Handling all talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Assist in development and implementation of Human Resources policies.
• Perform Job analysis and update Job Descriptions.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• HR Certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR.
• Previous experience in Constructions industry is preferred.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent Microsoft office capabilities
