Software Sales Rep .
Job Summary
Achieves sales quotas by acquiring new accounts through different sales and networking techniques.
Job Duties
1. Help developing and implementing the company’s strategy regarding sales and especially customer relationship management.
2. Gather market data of potential customers, competitors, and trends.
3. Represent the agency in contacting assigned potential clients and along the beginning of the relationship (calls, pitch, contract,...)
4. Prepare and update the sales kit (co. profile, portfolio, pitching,..) with relevant team members.
5. Extract client briefs to help next steps and mutual understanding.
6. Prepare creative briefs, plans, and proposals with the team members.
7. Handle the back and forth negotiations of proposals and contracts.
8. Set contracts (quotations, terms, communication models,.) & others
9. Handle monitoring, reports, insights, and feedback about business development process and changes (via docs & sessions)
10. Help in the gathering, research, and analysis processes for every account.
Job Salary
Designated salary is supposed to be ranged 4000-5000 L.E.
A commission of closed deals is normally applied as percentage of each deal, until the new commission scheme is approved.
Skills & Competencies
1. Marketing background.
2. Software knowledge
3. Tech startup background is a must
4. Two years’ experience
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Reporting and documentation skills
7. Arabic and English fluency
8. Follow up and time management skills
9. Emotional intelligence and conflict management
10. Problem solving and creative thinking
11. Negotiation skills
