Administrative Secretary require for real estate Company located in Heliopolis- Cairo
Job Description:
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Make preparations for committee meetings
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Respond to public inquiries
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Type confidential documents on a word processing system
• Provide support to the branch manager and the team.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree.
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
• Highly organized.
• Can work under pressure, and able to multi-task
• Very good listening and communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Experience 2-4 years
• Female only
