Freight Forwarding company in Alexandria looking for “ Export Operations Coordinator ”
- Experience 3 years .
* Job Description :
- Send the shipping declaration to the shipping line
- Receiving booking from the shipping line
- Send the transport request for the shipment to the transport department after specify the date of loading with the factory
- Start customs clearance of the shipment after reviewing the factory documents and knowing the required documents in the shipment according to the nature of the exported goods
- Send the final shipping declaration of the shipment to the shipping line
- Receiving Draft policy from the shipping agent and reviewing it before sending confirmation to the shipping agent
- Collect all consignment documents and review them well before sending them by courier or dhl to the client .
