to enhance the competencies of employees by Designing and conducting training program that boost employees performance .
- Requirements :
• Identifying training needs by evaluating strength and weakness.
• Building annual training program .
• Acclimate New hires and conduct orientation session .
• Familiarity with traditional and modern methods of training.
• Bachelor degree .
• HR certificate is a must .
• Experience 1-2 years .
• Excellent communication skills & English language.
