Immediately hiring #Call Center Agent for a distribution company located in Ghamrah (Downtown; Ramses)
Main responsibilities:
o Answer calls and respond to emails.
o Handle customer inquiries.
o Research required information using available resources.
o Manage and resolve customer complaints.
o Provide customers with product and service information.
o Identify and escalate priority issues.
o Follow up customer calls where necessary.
o Produce call reports
*Competencies and requirements:
o Proficient in relevant computer applications.
o Very good English.
o Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
